George C. Green, age 92, passed away peacefully at his residence in Johnsburg, New York, on April 9, 2019.
Born on September 11, 1926 in New York City, son of George C. Green Sr. and Anna Green (Busch). After graduating from high school George worked in sales, in the Plumbing and Heating business.
In 1954, George met the love of his life, Frieda Johannsson, and they were married in the Bronx, NY. She pre-deceased him in 2014. George is survived by his two sons, John (Karen) of Ossining, NY and Richard of Johnsburg, NY, also three grandchildren; Jenna, Cassandra, and Cathleen (Andrew)Bennett
A service for George will be held at Beecher Funeral Home on Friday, April 12, at 10:00am. On April 11, between the hours of 5 and 8pm, the family will be receiving relative and friends also at Beecher Funeral Home’
